A live launch event showcasing the work of New Analog, an illustrator from Manchester working in poster art for five years.

Celebrating the relationship of music and art and presenting them in an expressive and colourful way.

There a lot to be admired in the work of new analogue, the volume in which the works speaks about is very apparent. 

The abstract yet relevance of the work is informative, in terms of presenting an effective outcome in accurately presenting each event in its own way, unique to each. There is a lot to be taken note of in terms of connecting to the studio brief of Leeds public spaces in representing the event in a celebratory tone and using traditional print to do so. 

What was so unique about the event was the live screen printing that took place within the exhibition, it was extremely engaging to having the technique being used. 

Work on display

In terms of space Munroe houses gallery space is great for great for showcasing a variety of work, theres the opportunity for interaction when it comes to the the scale, its worth taking note of the structure within exploring a space and what makes it successful and engaging. Being an audience in this context is worth taking note of in relevance to the lifes a pitch. 

Seeing a demonstration of this was really interesting, in terms of screen print and confidence it was refreshing to see an experienced demonstration and to be refreshed on the printing process.

Overall this event was extremely informative in terms of its relevant to other briefs and gaining more experience and also a printing process, it definitely made me want to do more screen printing on seeing the results in real time being made and the level of ease there was to printing when it came to confidence.
